Updates in immunotherapy for GU cancer

In this podcast, we highlight some of the latest updates in the use of immunotherapy to treat genitourinary cancer. We will discuss key findings from several pivotal trials, including the CHECKMATE 901 trial (NCT03036098), which evaluates nivolumab in combination with gemcitabine and cisplatin for metastatic urothelial carcinoma; the JAVELIN Renal 101 trial (NCT02684006), comparing avelumab plus axitinib with sunitinib in advanced renal cell carcinoma; a post hoc analysis of the JAVELIN Bladder 100 trial (NCT02603432), focusing on first-line maintenance therapy with avelumab for advanced urothelial carcinoma; the TROPiCS-04 trial (NCT03964727) investigating sacituzumab govitecan in advanced urothelial carcinoma; and the CheckMate 67T trial (NCT04100021), which explores subcutaneous versus intravenous nivolumab in advanced renal cell carcinoma.
